Will I get a guarantee?
A guaranteed can be issued for all new works once full payment is made. An insurance backed guarantee can be arranged upon request.
How much do you charge?
Roof repairs start from £85.00 + VAT. Costs will vary due to the size of your roof and the materials used. Contact us to arrange for a visit and a free quote.
Who will visit to survey a job?
Normally the managing director, Joel Reynolds, will visit the site for a project consultation. You will be informed in advance if he cannot attend and another experienced member of the team will visit.
Are You Insured?
Yes, we have £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer bank transfers, but we also accept cash and cheques.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposits are not required on all jobs. We will discuss and agree any deposit and stage payments before a job is booked in. If a deposit is agreed, paperwork is provided showing this for your peace of mind.
What is the process from my initial enquiry?
We will arrange a time convenient to come and visit and carry out a site survey and project consultation. Once the project is assessed and costs determined, you will be provided with a quote.
